RS Feathers and Flora of the Northern Forest (14872)

A Road Scholar program for bird lovers new and experienced.  Discover a birding haven at the former wilderness estate of the Vanderbilts. On expert-led walks through protected woods, learn about rare birds, their songs and tips for identification.  Expert birders John and Pat Thaxton join us on our walks and travels this week.  We are also joined by Mark Manske to learn about his raptors and programs accomplished in and around the Adirondack Park, as well as Gary Lee presenting on the Common Loon.
