RS Hiking and Paddling at Great Camp Sagamore: Adirondack Nature and History (21360)

Participants in this program will experience the Adirondacks from lakes and trails this week as we explore the wilderness around Camp Sagamore.  Combining paddles and hikes, participants will retrace parts of the route taken by visitors to the region, and in so doing, enjoy the same connection with the natural environment that drew the Gilded Age elite here starting more than a century ago.  Planned outings are paddles on two different lakes, a hike on the original trail into Sagamore, and a climb on a local peak.
