Sagamore Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Salad Dressing Recipe



            1 Medium Shallot
            4 Cloves Garlic
            2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
            1.5 Cups Balsamic Vinegar
            3/4 Cup Adirondack Maple Syrup
            1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
            3.5 Cups Blended Vegetable Oil
            Salt & Pepper to Taste


In blender add Shallot, Garlic, Dijon Mustard and Balsamic Vinegar. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
Slowly drizzle in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Blended Vegetable Oil to create emlusification.
Add Maple Syrup and Salt & Pepper.
